We are delighted to share that Tara McLaren joined our growing Chrysalis Team as Senior Manager, Business Development.
In this critical role, Tara will support the growth of Chrysalis Advisory and Chrysalis Clinical and will be leading our efforts in Research Integrity advisory services. Tara brings over 15 years of experience in the higher education and research sectors, supporting the identification, planning and delivery of high-quality research programs with a focus on translation to commercial and non-commercial outcomes. Tara has exceptional expertise in developing competitive funding proposals and working with researchers, clinicians, policymakers, government and the community to address priority-driven research opportunities. Most recently, she was the Head of Research Development at Telethon Kids Institute in Perth, leading the Research Development and Commercialisation team.
Tara has a passion for problem-solving and has been involved in successful spinning out of IP from universities and Medical Research Institutes. Tara has developed multiple training programs in research project management, research integrity and research impact for the Australian sector.
