We are delighted to announce the promotion of Natalie Barber to Director, Clinical Operations for Chrysalis Clinical. Natalie joined the company in January 2022 and since then has delivered a number of critical projects with impeccable quality and dedication. Natalie leads the Clinical Operations overseeing the Research Strategy, Research Governance and the Research Integrity Business Unit’s vision and goals to assist research organisations such as hospitals, universities and medical research institutions transform the way they work around research governance.

Natalie has over 20 years’ experience in the research sector which spans the UK and Australia in Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Industries, public health, academic and not-for-profit sectors. Natalie has experiences across disciplines of research administration and has a breadth of knowledge of the regulatory landscape nationally and internationally and implementation of compliance activities across human and animal research.

Prior to joining Chrysalis Clinical, she was the Head of Research Governance and Platforms at Telethon Kids Institute responsible for leading and influencing a large, high performing and diverse portfolio with responsibility for the Institute’s overall research governance and platforms function.
