Chrysalis Advisory was engaged by a Sydney tech and design company which had been operating successfully for over ten years but wanted to grow the business.

Chrysalis Advisory began the engagement by looking into the company’s finances and organisational structure. Some issues were identified with over-utilisation and lack of structured working arrangements, and Chrysalis undertook coaching work with senior staff at the organisation whilst also suggesting restructure and hiring options to ensure the workplace was properly staffed.

Chrysalis’ working relationship with this client is ongoing, and further systemic changes to the organisation are planned in the near-term.
